What kind of wheels and tires are those?

They look like Road Crushers

I have the Terrain crushers, which have more of an offroad tread, but still plenty road worthy. Acctually, due to the low sidewall, I won't even use the Terrain crushers on anything, but flat dirt with small jumps.
