someone is tired of broken RC bodies lol. nice work, did you happen to put the body on a scale prior to the reinforcement ?

It's exactly double the weight at 240grams (including magnets, clips and the part i cut out to fit the Typhon). Not bad.

Ran it once, seems fine. Time (and botched landings) will tell ;-)
A bit worried about the holes above the shock tower, but there's so much flex in this area I don't see it breaking too fast.

Second run, roof landings and cartwheels, no issues. With the center tower I'm not suprised.
Pretty happy with the fact that the shock towers and shock caps don't dig into the ground when crashing too. It just rolls around longer, but that's fine, less stress than stopping all at once on the chassis.

NICE. I did the Grave Digger body, before I ever bashed it, and WOW, it has held up great. I don't use the center tower, as is doe not reach the body anyway, and is one less thing to remove. This body has taken 15 foot roof top landings, and 40 yard cart wheels, with nothing more than a dent in the rear corner. The weight is nothing to worry about in the light of replacing $40-$60 bodies.
