Voltage Hobbies Kraton rear shock tower next to stocker. Notice the beefiness of the center upright and lower cross piece. Simply no comparison. Move over string bean, Big Boy has arrived...Lol.
Hey just curious a note under this tower on voltage hobbies page suggest not using a tower to tower brace. What is your all opinion about that?

@ron they probably don't want people drilling extra holes into the tower or altering it in such a way as to weaken it's design. To each his own, but I've field tested these rigs with and without a tower to tower brace and the worst damage I've encountered doing massive jumps, crap landings...etc, has been without the tower brace on (folded rear chassis, broken rear diff cases, rear chassis supports, sheared wingmount bolts, stripped/broken suspension mounts). I've put these Arrmas through the ringer, and will definitely keep my tower brace on for any harder bashing with bigger jumps anyway.

I'm a fan of the T to T brace !! Voltage probably don't like them because it puts more pressure on the tower
Better on the tower than the chassis, gearbox.........

I totally understand the argument from both sides. I have had my T 2 T brace in operation for a few months, and like the results thus far. plus it's a nice handle for carrying the car.

Hats off to the guys @ Voltage Hobbies for putting an end to this statement... As the stock shock towers are bunk.......plus the bling factor from voltage on all their parts is just redonkulous !!!!!
