That really wore down. Silicone is a lousy lubricant for metal. I've been thinking about the thickest viscosity petroleum oil for 6s EXB limited slip diffs I can think of. Motor honey. Or Lucas heavy duty oil additive. Or STP. It's thicker than even gear oil. Being an oil, it would still allow the limited slip to do its function.
