Looking at the pack it seems all the cells have swelled which typically means either the pack has reached the end of it's cycle life or has been treated in way that has caused the cells to expand and swell. Such as being discharged to low under load left with to much charge for a period of time.

The best thing I can do in this case is to offer you a 20% discount on a new pack and you would be better off running one pack of 6S instead of 2 packs in series and when running packs in series once always discharges down lower then the other.
