The mesh is perfect i just adjusted it when i put the pinion last night and the tires are vented brand new 3.8 trenchers also overheated with new vented backflips as well I'll tear it down again to double check i been going crazy chasing this problem since i bought it only reason my first motor failed was the bearing gave out and wore out the shaft i got that thing close to 300 degrees since new and still ran like a champ lol

Yeah i have hr diff cups on all 3 diffs new jims sealed bearings ect i think i just have bad luck with motors even my traxxas vxl motors were always toasty

I have 2 separate ones both same reading that's what i thought at first but it was good dang near sear my finger

The combo motor-esc is correctly for the Ampere?

I have the max 6 in it now timing not adjustable as far as i know? And it overheated with the blx 185 as well the blx 185 esc ran about 120 after a bash

Are you running in sand by chance? I fried a Talion motor, stock gearing running it at the beach before I learned to monitor my motor temps.

Lol well at one point there was a traxxas in this house and it's bashed with a traxxas before and it went head on crash with it and killed it maybe it did get possesed ??

You have to spin 2 tires together like the 2 rear or 2 fronts to see true resistance.

I didn't think it mattered since both tires were spinning forward it wasn't diffing out
