Kraton What is this part??

Running my Kraton and clipped the side of a metal pole. My left driveshaft popped out and both of the a-arm pins have popped out, but are still in the car. And something, I have no clue what it is, has snapped completely in half. I think I might need that to be able to pop my a-arms back in? It was sitting just behind my bumper. Anyone have any idea of what this part is? On the photo you can see it just sitting behind the front bumper.
