No answers in the manual and forum definitely answers this question. As well, i don't know if we still have arrma Q&A support so...

Does anyone have a reference as to the stock servo saver intended starting position on the Kraton/Talion?

This would help immensely as a reference point to start to tweak from.

Cheers

Uff, on the Talion its more than halfway, w stock servo.

Give it 3/4 open, and drive it around, if too much understeer, tighten it up in small increments until you find that sweet spot, it can even work to your favor by having some servo flex depending on your driving style.

After adjustment mine had to be thread locked otherwise it would back down in about half battery and my radius would go to pot. Locktited and now it stays put. I used purple thread locker on mine which is the mild stuff.

Thanks for the replies and totally agree with the loctitie.

I have Losi and Tekno kits, and they tell you exactly how to set the servo saver, which I use as the starting points for making tweaks. I think most of us with the Arrma RTRs only start to fiddle with the SS when it backs out/loosens...so we have no idea of the starting point. I will try emailing Arrma support (now Horizon?) and see if they have an answer...they probably have a "stock" SS position when they roll out of factory.

Failing that, I have heard that setting the SS so that it is just stiff enough to turn the tires when the car is not moving should be sufficient.

Thanks again for your input.
