Kraton 6s Virgin! How to set up a Kraton for 6s Insanity!

I run 10,000 front 50,000 center and 30,000 rear for diff oil and you can punch it from a dead stop and all 4 tires spin for about 3' then it takes off like a missile. Running badlands tires and a 13t pinion. Does about 44mph with 2 3s turnigy 5500mah 50c batteries. I also moved my shocks a bit lower than stock hieght. Its a super stable ride. Oh and purple or blue locktite on nearly everything. Lol other than that i have stock v3 motor and esc no motor fan. I have to watch temps tho.

Just ran it for the first time and WHOOOAAAAA I couldn't keep that thing on the ground! My backflips hooked up TO WELL. Then about 5 minutes into the bash my pinion gear goes flying off!

1. What are the most essential upgrades suggested when running 6s?
2. Do they make a wheelie bar for Kraton V2?
3. I don't have a motor fan as I never needed it on 4s...do I need it now?
4. Is this too much power for 1 person and 1 truggy!!!???

YeahRacing twin tornado fan and heatsink. Good price, cools motor great. Keeps it cold on 4s and no issues on 6s. Get a T-Bone Racing wheelie bar. Guaranteed for life.

I dunno T-bone is giving me the ol' t-bone if ya know what i mean. They sent me some unusable parts and now they wont return emails or phone calls. The parts i got that did work the fit and finish was poop. The parts are tough tho.

Man that really sucks. Customer service is one of the biggest things I look for when dealing with a company. Which is why I tend to use small family owned businesses. Usually, nothing beats their service. I hope they make things right for you man.

I only run on 6s but I can relate to the pinion flying off lol. Swapped to a tekno 17t red locktite no problems there now. And it is really easy to take it back off a little heat on the grub screw from my soldering iron and it will come right off and now I have no worries about it coming off. I also put a set of vented masher 3.8s on it. A savox 1210 I made my wheelie bar sense I got t boned on my bumpers lol. Got to do the wing delete like it alot better without a wing. Just ordered voltage hobbies servo brace and shock towers and chassis braces and all 3 lower cross braces. And made a tower to tower brace out of t420 stainless steel. Also running losi diff seals way better then stock shimmed all 3 diffs running 30/200/60 oils in the diffs with pt racing shock oils. Love my current setup and I cant wait for the voltage parts to get here. I also did my shock eyelet upgrade havnt broke 1 sense.

Your fan on the motor is on backwards. The inlet needs to be facing forward so it can have fresh cool air rammed into it.

Motor isn't in the rig anymore.

its transplanted into a rustler vxl with outcast arms it's a work in progress.

2nd bash on 6s.......bent both front & rear drive shafts and snapped the wing mounts off. Also hear some squeeking in the bearing so I'm sure I busted one....that 6s finally got me to my back flips though!
