No motor fan yet .. but I am getting one real soon .. I will monitor tempss of the motor and ESC

i was running 14t on my Kraton 6S on the beach in sand, I would overheat motor to 200F half way through. would lose throttle , but have steering and blx185 blinking green. have to go to my car and run the ac on it.

So it's 65 degrees out here in NJ and I just ran the talion with the 16t in it .. definitely gets hotter even in mild weather . I ran for about 15 minutes befor she got hot to the touch .. I usually shut her down when I can no longer place my finger on it for 2 seconds. I'm going to harbor freight today to get a temp gun .. this thing is a rocket with the 16t pulling wheelies at like 40 mph .. I have a speed trap across the street from my house once the traffic does down I'm going to do some blow bys to see how much faster it is .. on stock gearing and 6s I got 48-50mph

Did you get a chance to drive past the speed trap with the 16T pinion fitted?

My buddy runs a 15T on his with pro-line trencher 3.8's on it. It does overheat on him though. When he does "speed" runs, he puts on a set of SRC terrain crushers.

Yes I did . I hit 67mph on two 7600 75c 3s batts and stock tires

Did you ever measure the motor temps and/or install heat sink and fans?
