Granite 3s BLX Upgraded

General RC Information

I wasn’t planning on sharing this, but I was encouraged so..here goes. I apologize I didn’t take very many pictures along the way. I’ll do better next time. This was my first time really tearing almost everything down and replacing. I ran into some challenges such as finding a center driveshaft short enough to accommodate the new center differential, getting the ESC to mount level after I realized the motor interfered. I was originally going to use a Castle 1415 2400kv, but it was litwrally a hair too long so…I switched to a Max10g2 that I had and ordered a new EZ RUN 3665 g3 2400kv. It fit perfectly. 13mm GPM hub extensions (we’ll see if I keep these)

GPM 7075 Steering Blocks
GPM 7075 Front C Hubs
SS pivot balls
ARRMA steel slider driveshafts all around
Steel diffs front and rear.
Louise Pioneer MT beadlock tires and rims
Power Hobby 7075 center drive shaft (I had to cut it down and file it)
ARRMA center speed bearing
3D printed Rx box ESC mounting plate (used to raise the mounting surface to clear the motor)
It’s all bound up with my Dumbo RC DDF-350
Still need to program ESC, maybe a couple roof protectors and I think she’ll be ready to go! Thx for looking.
