General RC Information
This started as a 2WD Rustler when I decided to get back into RC in 2019 after watching KT YouTube videos for a few years. I loved it, but I smacked a hidden manhole cover in a ditch at the local park and thought I had cracked my chassis. I ordered a new chassis from Jenny without tearing the car apart, only to realize it was the transmission case ear that I had broken. So, I ordered a new one from Jenny and a Slash LCG conversion kit from Amazon.
At this point, nearly everything else has been replaced, except for the shocks and electronics, I believe.
- TRX 2wd Slash LCG Conversion Kit
- TRX 272R Drag Slash Transmission
- RPM Front/Rear Slash Bumpers
- RPM Front/Rear Shock Towers
- RPM Front Bulkhead
- RPM Front Caster Blocks
- TRX Front Steering blocks Aluminum
- TRX Front/Rear Turnbuckles Aluminum
- TRX Front Toe Links Aluminum
- TRX Front/Rear HD Arms
- RPM Rear Stub Axle Carriers
- RPM Body Mounts
- TRX Steering Bellcranks, Drag Link, Aluminum
- Duratrax C2 Picket ST Wheels
Some previous looks:
-------------------------------
Edit: I just remembered it has bone stock rear axles currently. I think I need some different mounting hardware/stand-offs to be able to use my over-priced 6852R 'Driveshafts, rear, steel-spline constant-velocity' with the new RPM towers I put on when I replaced the old aluminum STRC towers, RPM Arms, and TRX Aluminum Bearing Carriers. I will have to go through my parts and hardware/screws tubs to see what else I might need to order. This gives me something to do tomorrow.
