Granite Arrma Granite 6S Vs Arrma Siren 6S

The Arrma Granite 4x4 is an awesome 1/10 monster truck for beginners & very upgradeable for enthusiasts. So I upgraded it to be able to instantly eat it's poor plastic diffs  However, there's been a true 6S capable 1/10 monster truck in existence for over a year. It was created using a...

    Outcast BLX185 ESC Question

Last night I ran my truck for about 15 minutes on 4s 5000 mah 50 c batteries (Gens Ace) in 82-84* ambient temps. The bash spot was hard pack dirt and gravel. No speed runs, but I was running it hard. At one point, the truck stopped responding (no steering or throttle). I heard a light click...

BLX 185 esc with sanwa mx-v transmitter issue.

Just a word of warning the mx-v will not correctly set up the throttle response with blx 185 esc. It seems like the brake trigger doesn't move far enough forward for the esc to acknowledge full brake. If anyone has a solution other then change run mode to forward and brake only, feel free to let...

    LVC on BLX185

I've been finishing my runs and my LIPO's have been at 3.5v after LVC. I think this is too low for the long term life of my batteries. I put this together and set it for 3.5v. You have to waterproof it as the least bit of water makes it think you have more cells than are actually connected...

    kraton wont run

I have an Arrma Kraton that has been bullet proof for the last 6 months i had it out in the snow today and it was going great. Then it stopped moving. The esc was flashing a green light. What does that mean? I do have steering but no forward or reverse. Batteries tested good.

    BLX185 ESC replacement fan?

I am afraid my ESC fan is going to die soon. I have submerged my typhon many times and in my latest run under 37 degree celsius for 2 continous 3s batteries, I am surprised that the fan already stopped turning when I opened the body to power off the car. But I then switched off and on, the fan...

Can BLX185 BEC be set to 7.4V?

Official website comparison between BLX185 and BLX180: Clearly BLX185 on newer ARRMA cars only have BEC output of 6.0V. Sadly the stock servo spec even only mentions the torque being [email protected] I wonder is there any way I can set the...

    BLX185 low voltage cut?

I thought the BLX185 Lipo low voltage cut is preset (and isn't adjustable) to 3.2V/cell. I'm wondering how I can know it is cut? I've just been driven for about 10 times on my v2 Typhon and I found that the car suddenly can't move that fast even if I pull the trigger all the way out. I realize...
