Arrma RC's
  1. Granite
My 1/10 Arrma "Banshee" is finally ready!!! ? As all you probably know it's inspired by the famous Arrma SIREN of TpParts RcXtreme so the chassis is actually 34mm shorter than an Outcast, but the Banshee is a little wider and bigger than a Siren/Granite!!! ? It has Mojave arms and cvd, Talion v4 tower, GPM big bore shocks with 5mm shafts, Proline 3.8 Badlands and it's powered by an Hobbywing 2200kv motor paired with a MAX8 esc!!! Thanks to Alza Racing and Custom Rc upgrades for the amazing aluminum parts!!!;-)

Here is the first run of the Banshee:

I was about to say that rig looks really familiar. I watched the video earlier this week ?????

?

Really nice build.

Is that front top brace custom made or a chopped typhon brace?
Alza used to sell braces like that but I haven't seen them in stock for a while now.

What axles / hubs did you use?
Any clearance issues with those wheels?

Thanks bro!!! Yes, the top plate is a custom made by Alza Racing...it's essentially an half brace based on their Typhon brace!!!; You don't find it on their website cause it's discontinued and they build that just for me!!!-p
I used Outcast hubs w/t Mojave arms and cvd!!! No problems with those tires!!!;-)

I appreciated the outtakes at the end of the video. Make me feel better that you guys don’t land every single jump. ✌?

Would you mind posting a picture of the underside of the car?

Thanks :)

Most of the parts are from a Typhon, but the chassis is from a Kraton. I think the longer chassis may be needed so you have enough material to remake the front end. At 5:00
He used the Kraton chassis only as template for the holes and cuts. Rear of the Kraton would have been way too long to make a car shorter than the Typhon.

I misunderstood the video. Thanks for the correction. Saved me from spending money on a Kraton chassis if I ever make one. So looks like you need a Typhon, extra driveshaft, Kraton hexes/hubs/axles, platform for the ESC, steel saw, Dremel, and "alot of will".
