  1. Typhon 6s
Hi. I have a Typhon 6s and I was doing a once-over and I noticed that there's 1 grub screw in my pinion gear but there's also another spot opposite side where maybe a second grub screw should be screwed in? I checked the exploded parts picture in the manual and I believe only 1 screw is used. Im thinking maybe a 2nd screw is just optional or maybe not needed? Thoughts? Thanks!

I don't think adding second screw matters unless your shaft has two opposing flat spots for the grubs to rest against.

Having a second grub hole means if for any reason you strip or destroy the first hole your pinion doesn't have to go in the trash.. so I figure that's why it's there.
