Sorry, you cannot use this Air ESC for Surface RC rigs. Looks like a nice ESC if I was into planes and Heli's though.(y) Most Air ESC's don't come with a built in BEC. Batteries are primarly used for the the RX and servos. And actually safer to do this for Air use. A fail safe when in flight.
It doesn't have the usual Surface Settings/ F/W required for a car.
My thoughts.

6000W (continues) isn't that high. On air applications max peak load is only ~15% higher, much different than surface applications where it can be like ~400% higher.

Though it's optimized for air, it could work on a small and very light speedcar. Would be hard to fit 12s worth of batteries and a suitable low kv motor in a 1/10 scale...

I could fit 4×1500mah 3s packs in mini-typhon.packs would probly be smoking hot...could fit 3×2000mah...9s mini-typhon 😆😅🤣😂..would need a 1500-2000kv motor...this sounds like my kinda crazy build.

You would need all 12s to make the full use of the 6kw (50v *120A) most bigger drone packs should able to deal with the ampdraw.

I do think gearing up vs ampdraw on the esc will be the bottleneck. 8s with mm8x will likely still be better in this case
