3668 brushless mojave grom conversion

I wanted to buy either the brushless or the brushed version of the 1/16 mojave grom. I have a 3668 brushless motor and fitting esc lying arround. Is there a possibility to do the swap or would this be impossible?

Stock is a 2838. Could you stuff yours in with some custom work? Maybe. But no.

I believe the 3668 to be waaaaaaaay to big for a Grom..!! No harm in trying though if you already have both

The stock esc is a 2 in 1 so I could just rip out the esc and put in a 50 or 80A one in with the stock motor an also put in a spectrum receiver.

the stock system runs good in the brushless version why change it

I’ve got them all, brushed, brushless modded and latest stock brushless, I’ve got to say the latest brushless one is insane on 3s.!!
I upgraded my 2nd brushed one to brushless with the intentions of making it crazy, then when I saw they black/gold brushless one I had to buy it.!! The fact it comes with all the upgrades and a gyro is awesome, buy one, drive it and I pretty much say you won’t upgrade it to a bigger motor cause it just doesn’t need it..

agreed the typhon grom BLX is almost too fast and uncontrollable on 3s and 100 % power I run mine on 75% on 3s

A 3668 is slightly larger than what I have in my brushless Gorgon and it rips. It would be ludicrous in a Grom
