Slipper clutch got tight on you maybe. Have u thread lockes that screw?

You can do that. but. it will be severely wakened from its original state and will continue breaking. Better off to buy a new axle IMO

Replace it will come back out the plastic is weakened.... as stated earlier something it too tight check the slipper.

It is too wide most likely and doesn’t fit through the axle

Driver is too fat for the hole, will try a different one when I get home
