Could someone put up a link to a 4mm drill bit and m4 tap that is cheap and gets the job done for 6061 aluminum? Trying to make my HR chassis brace able to take an m4 screw.

Just run to your local hardware store and grab one. I bought a DeWALT set from Home Depot for like $20, but if you just need a single bit and tap, it would be less.Could someone put up a link to a 4mm drill bit and m4 tap that is cheap and gets the job done for 6061 aluminum? If you only need one size tho, it would probably be about $5 at a hardware store to get the drill bit and the tap. If you need multiple sizes, a kit would be the way to go. I use my sets for work often so I can justify having an SAE and Metric set. These were DeWALT sets that I got on SAE for $20-$30.Or just hit amazon and get the cheap stuff. Just be careful with it.
I've been using these taps for a while and they are holding up fine:

I don't use the T-handle though, that thing is just annoying. I chuck them in my drill.
