King of questions
My battery is not charging to capacity. Could this be a bad battery? Truthfully I do not discharge my battery and I am not sure if my charge has a storage charge.

Looking at the manual for your charger, it does have a storage charge option. Another thing to keep in mind is that the full capacity of the battery is taken from the battery being 100% fully drained. So if you only run the battery down to 3.6 volts per cell and then charge it or charge it from storage level, you will never hit the stated capacity of the battery.Lectron pro, this was my starter battery and charger

Ok I will check after I use the battery up.Have you checked to make sure all cells are at 4.2V after you charge? Assuming you are balance charging, if any are lower you have a damaged/ dead cell.
Ok here's the results, maybe I do have a dead call in the battery
It's a 2 cell and max 5200mah which I am not getting anything close to it.If that's a 2 cell then your at full?? Each cell is showing 4.2V for a total of 8.4?
I'm confused am I missing something?

The street practicingWhat are you basing that on?

Because once the battery is done charging the numbers are no where near 5200mah. I understand it may not get to that capaxtiy but 4300mah from a 5200mah battery is a bit off putting.....BASING not BASHING lol, He means what are you basing your assumption that you not putting 5000 mah back into it?
