Any reason why these unbranded 35mm x10mm fans wouldn't be a direct / cheaper replacement for BLX 185 esc?

Buddy of mine was breaking them frequently in his talion and I found those after he paid $12 for the stock fan 3 times. They held up just as well and pushed a decent amount of air.

Oddly, I'm still on my original fan in my outcast, been over a year.

Still a great savings for sure. Funny it's my Talion that needs one too and I halfass rigged a 30mm in there for the time being. I forgot about it but noticed again today and want to get it back to a cleaner fix.

I did have to solder new ends on all of them. Found it best to peal the sticker back and use a fine tip iron to remove the wire completely and add a jst/servo type plug/wire on it so I didn't have to use heat shrink to cover a splice. Any time you splice a wire, it makes for a spot that work hardens and is prone to cracking as the wire flops around when running. So I try to avoid splices when possible.
