Kraton 8S Mounted Paddle Tires Anyone?

I've got a trip to the beach planned this summer and I'd really like to bring my Kraton 8S along with some shiny new paddle tires, but I can't seem to find a pre-mounted set anywhere. I've been around long enough to know what I'm good at & what I'm lousy at, and gluing tires falls squarely into the latter group....hence the preference for a mounted set. I can't believe they're so hard to find...any tips welcomed!

I guess if that's the only option... How much of a difference did they make in the deep sand? I don't really have a frame of reference other than swapping out the rear tire for a paddle on my dirtbike when I ride sand dunes... Is it worth the $/effort?
