Anyone know of other brands that make a-arms for the arrma granite blx?

I have yet to find any. There was a member here who makes parts that was asking about interest for aluminum ones.

At the moment no one is making aftermarket A-Arms for the Arrma 1/10 scales. What every buddy neds to do is start contacting RPM and ask if they will start making them, the more people that contact them the more likely they are to make them.
