What are the advantages (if any) in going 21/50 instead of 19/46 on pinion/spur gear size? I've been running a 46 spur and it seems to work fine for me. But the Limitless stock mount can take a max of 50.
Will running a 50 be less work for the motor, and hence less potential for heat issues? Since the gearing ratio is the same, it's identical RPMs and maximum speeds, so I didn’t think it would have any effect on heat.
Will it result in faster acceleration?
It does let you run this ratio with a stock motor mount, vs. having to get a custom/upgraded motor mount that is required to allow smaller pinion / total toothcount.
