No, not without the body looking really stupid on the Talion. The distance between the shock towers is quite a bit between the Notorious and the Talion, anything made for the Notorious would be too short for the Talion and anything made for the Talion would be too long for the Notorious.

Notorious/Talion body swap for visual reference elaborating on slicks post.
There's about a 2" difference in wheelbase between the two, which is difficult to fuse into a universal body that would look pleasing to the eye on both.
