That being said HR is common from many sellers in the US were and Vitavon is allmost all Ebay from china.

Side not Vitavon has no hinge pin support so I think it will work with the M2C captured hinge pin set.

I would not recommend the HR front and rear hub carriers. There is another brand (it might be Vitavon too actually) and they are much lighter. Almost as light as stock. HR ones are heavier.

Weighing in at just 1g more than the stock plastic parts, theres no longer a need to add a chuck of mass when upgrading stock parts

I don't see front hubs from him and thats what I need to get I will be getting a weight off the vitavon ones to post here when I get them so the community will know what the weigh.

Scorched are lighter due to not having both flags for the tierod making that something to consider under heavy bashing as they are 6065.

I guess the big question is going to be tolerances should work good so long as it all lines up and you don't need to many shims. To be honest there's not much difference in the alu cases in less you get a vitavon as they have larger bearing then stock.

Let us know how it goes might be a good option for the people over heating and warping housings.

I'd rather the tolerances were a bit sloppy so I could shim it to my liking rather than the other way around.

These AliExpress diff carriers are not cast. They are machined. Cheap but machined.

The only way to know the type of aluminum of any part is with a hardness tester.

Yeah, they're completely machined inside & out. I have the diff cases & hubs on my Siren. Even the carbon fiber is copied right. I ordered another 2 sets for my Mojave EXB & Senton. The entire setup tracks like it's on rails.

I've tried "aliexpress" rear aluminum hubs for mojave and imagine the primary diff is minute tolerance difference; for example as tooling wears down. Lower cost would be lesser tolerances imo.

was my experience with rear hubs. they're 3 bearings and uses larger than stock. however, the bearing seating is loose right from the start, one hub is looser than other and have more play than stock. is a big problem when bearings seize; for sure these hubs bearing seat will bore out over time from that. Is tougher to spot seized bearings when it can still rotate somewhat freely.

So I imagine there are often using similar / same drawing / design but with vary degrees of tolerance or more specifically tooling machine maintenance.

for first time ever, I had fraudulent charges on my card since using aliexpress lol just saying, merchant number vetting maybe bit more lax in some parts. is common practice but reminder to have a "firewall" between your overseas purchase and primary account. (im an idiot and did not; bank kindly covered it all after "investigation")

Everything is a HR ripoff, right down to the triple bearings, carbon fiber pieces, & quality of aluminum. This is what happens when you have all of your products produced in an area with no form of intellectual product integrity. Although for the type & quality of metal, HR's stuff is ridiculously overpriced. You have Vitavon which is very comparable in price, yet uses 7075 instead of 6061 & 6065. I also like the finish on the ripoffs. All that gloss black of HR gets really old while these are matte metallic, but that's just my preference.

As for the gearbox, it only includes the small outer bearing just like the HR. The gearbox was the greatest surprise. The diff only needed one shim & there was zero play in either, just like the HR & Integy boxes.

I also only use prepaid cards on Aliexpress.

There should be 2 different things to change, make sure the flag is the US flag.

The Power Hobby and eBay cheapo gearboxes also appear to be Hot Racing ripoffs and both are cheaper as well.

I would go with the Power Hobby ones over the king-hobby ones only because whoever runs king-hobby is a complete tool. "Titanium very strong must be cut with lazer machine"

From everything I can see they are a direct copy of the Hot Racing gearbox and as such should require a 5x13x4mm bearing, stock is 5x11x4.

Ordered 8x red ones and some of those 5x13x4 bearings just in case. Busted up the rear bulkhead today on one of my kratons and figured I might as well eliminate the weak point.

I have the Hot Racing ones on my Outcast a long with a plethora of other upgrades and the only thing I do anymore is either break shock rod ends, break a arms or bend the hinge pins.
