Aluminum parts upgrade?

I've had my granite bls for only a couple days now and I already broke a body mount and a rod end. I'm not upset because I'm new at this but I'm wondering if I can upgrade those parts to aluminum? I've done several searches and I can't seem to find anything. Does anybody have any suggestions or are aluminum parts even available for this truck? Thanks in advance

@Rummy12 I've not seen any aluminum body posts yet for the Arrma Granite. If it was me I wouldn't go with aluminum anyways and stick with the plastic. Aluminum bends and is much more costly compared to stock plastic that tends to give and cost much less.
