Building a 3 car garage 30x50 with 12’ ceiling height 2-10’x8’ doors and one 10’x12’ door for my sprinter. Design matches the house a bit. Pad poured yesterday. -7 this morning. Propane heater heating the the slab all night. Slab temp this morning is 21. Build will start next week. Man cave upstairs. All my Rc stuff will go there.
One of my friends who usually does northern work he wouldn’t ever touch a garage but is building mine. They have not been allowed to travel north for a couple months. Covid travel bans.

I ran one more perimeter loop on top of the rebar.
Can I talk to see that I zoomed in on it, the perimeter loop is 6 inches apart

What it looks like today. No progress. Slab temp cycling between 24 and 22 c. It’ll stay like that till Thursday. Then heater can be removed.

Tarps off. Washed the slab sealed it let it dry then covered it again. I’ll heat for a few more days.

Stand the walls up today

steel I beam came this evening the upper floor going on tomorrow. I’m going to wire the main garage area this weekend. Power will be on by lunch. Because that’s some of what I do.

Floor deck for upper floor all on today. I wired the main floor interior/exterior/lights/plugs/furnace circuit/hrv/boiler/air conditioner/rv plug.

Gas and power trenched in today.

Mostly insulated. TJI rafters coming Monday. I’ll finish wiring the upstairs once the roof is on then get the hydro inspection done.
