NTI boiler installed plumbing all done. Gas hookup next week. Venting to do yet. Roof going on next week. I’ll finish the electrical upstairs and electrical inspection next week too. Lots to do. Sleepless nights!

Roof started going on. End walls built and main support beam went in at the end of the day.
electrical roughin passed.
All insulating and vapour barrier done on main floor.
propane tank delivered and hooked.
Modulating high efficient boiler installed just need to do the venting and gas supply lines.
The upstairs. Yep that’s my man cave.

Never thought about that. No real date. Work is so busy too. So I’m taking a day here and there to work.

TJI’s going on today. Ready for the lvl’s that will be on either side of the dormers.

All ready to frame up the dormers tomorrow. Then it gets sheeted. Then shingled.

Very nice build!!! I worked in only 1 shop that had infloor heat, it was absolutely awesome.

Nothing better! In floor heat is a beautiful thing. It melts a vehicle off in no time.

Dormers are getting framed up and rafters going on.
but... apparently the week after New Years is a Chinese holiday called dragginass so progress is slow.

Sheeting is going on. I’ll be wiring this weekend. Insulation and vapour barier next week then doors and windows go in. Then heat goes on.

Doors are ready for pickup. Green of course.

It seems to be moving along rather nicely!

Shingles all done now. Ridge vent on.

Insulating 80% done. Then the vapor barier. Garage doors painted green and going in this morning. Fired up the furnace yesterday. Heat is ready to go. Tried to fire the boiler but it wouldn’t go. Glycol too viscous. It’ll go once the garage is warmed up some.
