Diffs won't spin I've watched tutorial on how to put the gears in. And I won't spin and it just goes up and down? What does this mean? Is something broken?

Don't know maybe not enough oil? 2 years of use. Do you know the code of the bearing really need it.

I will suggest to keep those bearings metal shielded if ur thinking getting them rubber sealed
