DONE!
Thanks, fam, for the tips and advice on getting the FB Marketplace rig purchase together. I am pretty consistent about my upgrades based on what I have broken, or I know strength is needed for better support: aluminum hubs, aluminum center diff supports, droop screw improvements, temp sensors on the motor/ESC, etc., are standard for me on most all the rigs own/posted.
Thanks to:
@Moirae help in every area & on the Large Scale RC forum also
@Mike'sGN-Kraton for the gearbox diff bracket recommendation
@KevinC DGI extenders help. I was going for 2in vs. 1in purchased
@dure16 for the 3D prints of battery tray spacers, roof skids (to be installed), and a few other handy items he created
I've only ran it once and the diff felt good outside of the front tires ballooning as well as the AVC 3-settings dialed into the DX5C were perfect. I did change the diffs to 60/500/30 stock is 30/100/30. Look forward to the second bash!

Two flavors.... I still need to decide which tires to keep and give to my buddy for the DBLX-E 2.0. I like the Mashers more. I must still resolve the DGI caps bottoming out before tightening on the Backflips. Locks good on the Mashers
You know I have to see the temps at a glance. The point is not for it to be accurate to the degree but for my to know what range I am in before danger
What's a front light with a rear light
Not sure if the body will pull through the panel as it did on the DB Pro, but a few washers and drywall/E6000 should help
Normal for me to remove the plastic center diff support for aluminium
I love RCP (Radio Control) fans and support for ESCs/motors. They sold me this used Max5 at a great price with a fan and cat pack. HATE the added cat pack is so damn BIG. I do not know its purpose, but they said having it come at no additional cost is good. I had to put a big hole in the body for the ESC. The sensor on the motor is for the temp sensor. Temp tape has been a champ on all my rigs. ESC I JDW it down next to the heat sink.
The carbon fiber Ackerman bar is a huge win. There was so much slop and wiggle in the rivets on the stock. This was allowed no wiggle. The ticker shocks I just took the advice of others on the Large Scale forum hope they live up to the cost.
I like the servo and mount but hate the look of the grommets will look for something better. It is hard to find 1/5 M4 servo screws compared to M3. Stock plastic servo mount twist and turn badly....well mine moved or flexed as the wheels turned.
Thanks!
