Granite Anybody know a trick to assemble the differential yokes and input gear? Ive had no luck. Input always rubs on the housing and snags

Just did my BRCC diffs yesterday. No really sure what yokes are but I found that if the bearings aren’t flush with everything you’ll get unwanted rubbing.

No... It fits together fine. After I put the 2 screws in the yoke I spin the shaft to check mesh and it goes 180' freely then hits a rough spot from the input gear contacting the gear housing like its to close

I had the same issue. Turns out the bearing on the input gear wasn’t pushed all the way flush down the input gear shaft. The bearing closest to the top. It was causing input to rub on the diff cup. Other than that, maybe yokes are warped? Not really sure what else would cause it.

Too tight back it off a little at a time til it doesn’t bind. Happened to me and that was my fix no issues this was well over a month ago for me.
