Springfield MA area

I got a house but not a huge space to bash.i usually go to Rc madness on Enfield but don't have like jumps and other different stuff

I'm near new haven not really close to Ridgefield, but if u start a club and have events I'll def come check it out. Any good bash spot with good terrain for jumps around u?

I've spent more hours then I'd like to admit to driving around looking for a good bash spot and have come up empty handed. Sometimes on a Sunday I will look at schools, parks, ect. I walk the fields looking for areas with jumpable (yep thats a new word) hills or maybe an area that doesn't have grass.

A hobby shop told me that there's a BMX track in Bethel that allows RC cars early morning before the bikes arrive but I've called them a bunch of times and no one answers.

I'd like to talk with them and get some details and see if we can maybe get an RC car day or something.

I find a bunch of construction sites but 99% of them around here are fenced off with no trespassing signs all over. I'm not looking to get a ticket or anything. I found a few building construction sites open but the ground is flat hard packed dirt/gravl mix and not much fun. I've broken fan blades testing them out.

There are a few bicycle trails in Norwalk that I have yet to check out.

I have a mountain bike so I've been meaning to go and ride a trail looking for a good spot off the trail where RC cars would not bother anyone.

Hey man I've done all those silly things u did for the sake of the hobby too. I ended up with 2 solid spots within 20 mins driving radius: the Falcon BMX field in Meriden and the Veteran's memorial park on Long Wharf drive in New Haven. One of the RC YouTubers does his RC reviews at the Bethel BMX track.

This is the rink

looks like a couple sheets of 4'x8' plywood over those barrels and the fence you get yourself a bashing party lol.

There are a bunch of BMX tracks and skate parks here in CT.. I haven't seen one yet that frowns on the rc's.. just have to be respectful, if bikes or skaters show up.. BMX tracks are typically raced only on weekends.. so during the week is always the safer bet..

Good that people sharing their spots thanks man really appreciate

That skate park is here https://www.ctvisit.com/listings/scalzi-park

problem is every time I've gone it is filled with kids. Yesterday was a storm but the rain slowed down so I decided to give it a shot. Looks like for that skate park the only way to bash is to go after it rains.

I'm from Springfield but most of my shopping I don't in ct,so I'm very familiar whit the area.thanks again man
