Former 40 yr Michigan resident. I'm sure your familiar with Silver Lake sand dunes in Mears Mi., right on Lake Michigan.Anything from full scale trucks, sandrails, atv's, you name it. Over the years became very popular with RC enthusiasts. Used to take my wrangler there in the mid 90's. All pure sand though. Paddles work best. Maybe hook up with some fellow bashers there. U tube vids are phenomenal!

Yes! Silver lake is awesome! A lot of my friends have cabins and sand trucks up there, but I don’t. I’m a bit south, specifically Zeeland.
