Anyone know where to get a 3mm, needle-style torque wrench?

Need one for a physics project, and I need one that can measure VERY small differences in torque. As in, probably less than 1nm differences.

It's a lot more precise than what I've seen so far, but I'll probably need something with an even smaller range. Tnx, however!
