Are 4s diffs and pinion gears interchangeable with 3s models?

The simple answer is yes. Jenny's offers them individually without the yokes. If your gonna go that route (not that I would on my BRCC) buy the Hot Racing aluminum yoke for the diff. The composite yokes flex IMO and will eat a set of gears up just as easily as running a OE composite diff.
On a 3s BRCC I'd just swap in composite diffs. They're cheap and you can buy two for the price of one metal diff.
If you're focused on upgrading, save a bit of $$ and just concentrate your upgrade on the rear diff. In my experience with the V1 4s line the composite front diffs hardly wear at all and those rigs are running higher power and much larger and heavier tires than the BRCC has.
