The coke makes neck pain much worse . I stopped that crap 12 years ago after back surgery and before neck surgery. Just joints and bong hits. And from time to time lI will brake out the parchment paper tee-shirt press and press up some rosin or shatter what ever the press gives. Shatter is amazing No PAIN!

Certain bud strains at the right temp and time will give shatter not just rosin. It's crazy add about 300degrees and 400 to 500lbs of pressure and from flower to 95%to 99% thc consentrate ready to smoke.
