Are my batteries broken?

I recently purchased Zeee batteries with a capacity of 6000mah but after fully charging them it said that they only had a capacity of about 2000mah??? This was my first time charging them.

That just means your charger put 2000mah into them. The batteries weren’t empty when you started the charge.
