I just bought the hot racing steel helical diff carrier. The shaft is too long and will not allow the motor to lock in! Any suggestions????

Think you need the hr yokes or whatever they are called

This is because you have the new slipper with the lock nut in. Remove locknut, use the @jondilly1974 method to set your slipper.

I had the same problem and had to cut it. There is a screw that hold the slipper pad that it’s hitting. It was hard to bring my self to cut it but it worked

I suspect HR will update the design soon. I commented similarly on another thread recently. Those nuts have only come in since v3 and HR haven't caught up yet!
