Arrma Fazon Rear Differential

Hi guys, I bought an Arrma Fazon a few months ago. By looking which drive modes work and hearing the locking/unlocking sound, I realized that my car's rear differential is always locked and also cannot be unlocked from the remote control. Do you have an idea what the problem can be and how to solve it? I am waiting for your advices. Thank you.

Could have different reasons.
1. Servo ist damaged.
2. Pins inside the diff are damaged
3. The servo cable is not connected to the receiver
Point 1 and 3 is easy to check, just use a servo tester.

I had a similar problem in the past.
My problem was Servo AND the pins.
I had to maintain the rear diff and put new pin cage and servo in.
All was fine after that.

Oh, one more possible point ist the diff brain board.
This small board is located below the receiver box.
Check the led´s on them.
