Yes the Go Pro mount is removable as it on via double sided tape. Yes I use pay pal and yes it comes with the instructions and accessories.

Wow. That is a great price for a Felony. Such a durable RC. I crashed mine at 90mph with bigger electronics on 8s and only got scratches. GLWDS
