The suspension arm rotated and isn't in the right housing...so it is locked in place. Any tips on how to correct the housing placement? It is really stuck. Thanks.

Done-ski.. even if you get it back to its original placement it will just keep doing it.. the weakest point rears its ugly mug!!
 
Yes! See the updated picture. The inner shaft isn't lined up in the right housing. Any tips on how to remove it and line them up correctly? Now it is all locked do won't budge. Thank you!

More than likely, even if you get it freed up and working, it will just keep doing it. Best bet is to just replace the driveshaft, since it looks like the inner shaft is rounding out the knuckle.
