Raider ARRMA Fury Mega - Max Speed Upgrade Parts?

I have this ARRMA Fury Mega that is all stock. I want to upgrade it for MAX performance.

I found this (see attached storyboard) but I am uncertain as to how to read it.
Is my stock RC's components currently at Column 3)? Can I upgrade parts and reach 60+MPH (Column 8)?

(btw, I couldn't figure out in this forum how to select no prefix when posting...)

Not worth it. The fury is discontinued and I would recommend if you want faster a senton 3s blx or a larger 6s model

Not worth the time for nitro. Just go electric and get more batteries
