This is my current build, got my machine about four months from posting this. So far i’ve installed a Typhon wing mount with an Arrma wing, and a custom painted Vorteks body with chopped body mounts to make it fit. I am looking to get some RPM Typhon A Arms for a wider stance and Proline Badlands tires.

IT FELL INTO A POND YESTERDAY!!! Everything is fine but the ESC is shot! So looks like that’s going into the repairs list next to a new wheelie bar. Also got some new metal turnbuckles so the steering is more ridged.

How long was your rig/ESC submerged?

Did you use the rice trick to try and dry it out?

It was only submerged for a couple seconds, and little water actually got in (thanks to the massive tires keeping it afloat). So it might’ve been water damage or just bashing, but yeah after trying to repair it, it still didn’t work.

Get some white rice and a container big enough for the ESC.

Bury the ESC in the rice and leave it in for a day or two to hopefully wick out any moisture..
