I was told its v3 because of the body shell but i got it used so im not sure its the same one the car arrived with

It may be, but that is def a better center diff/motor mount for sure compared to the v3

What is your actual question? Yes, that is the V3 manual. Really makes no difference tbh.
V3 has a crappy motor mount but get the V4/V5 motor mount for $12 and you have a V4/V5, excluding the center brace.
All other parts are compatible.

You probably want a new front diff incl. housing as well.

I was using the V5 manual.. I actually sold my V3 recently, it was at really bad condition and i got it used..
