I didn't get it on video but this is the visual aftermath. It was 100 % my fault I was going almost full speed and hit him dead on.

Visually the Kraton has bent both center driveshafts and broke the screw for the rear chassis brace.

The Sledge I sheared some plastic off the front bulkhead.

After a little better look at the Sledge I also tweaked his front shock tower and bent the front of his chassis right about where Kevin Talbot bent his.

The rear of my chassis is pretty tweaked too the rear chassis brace isn't even close to the hole anymore.

So, who's insurance is covering the damages claim on this one?? 😉
Like a good neighbor State Farm is there :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I think what saved him the most was he was almost at a dead stop so he didn't have much if any forward momentum.

The rear of Kraton took the brunt of the damage.
Screw in rear chassis brace snapped off.
Both right side hinge pins were bent pretty badly, the lefts were slightly bent.
The rear chassis brace pin that ties it into the wing mount is slightly bent.
Broke off the rear front hinge pin brace chassis tab.

Alright..
Now beat that chassis with a plastic dead blow hammer and get back out there!
Show that Sledge who's Boss!!

Only thing I don't have is a spare rear drive shaft :( and I need to get the screw out of the chassis brace, that might be easier said than done.

So now the decision, I have all the parts to make another Outcast out of the working parts from the Exb, should I make another Outcast for the time being until I get the parts in to properly fix it or just wait

What's the black wire going over your front chassis brace on the kraton? Is that the antenna? Just curious.
Yeah that is the antenna tube. I have the Radiolink RC6GS and the receiver has 2 antenna. You are supposed to set them up at a certain angle from each other plus it going at an angle like that helps it clear the body, you can kind of see the other one coming out of the top of the receiver box between all the connectors.

Since I have the EXB tore apart I redid my wiring as I didn't like having the voltage telemetry adapter having to sit between yet another adapter so I could run 2 batteries.
