Hey everyone, just picked up a limitless, threw in a Hobbywing 1650kv, Max6 and the 46t infraction diff. Hobby shop recommended a 23t pinion so that’s what I got. Is this a good gearing choice? Just gonna do some general speed bashing, no speed runs. Also, running on 4s currently to get used to the car, then moving over to 6s. Anyway, thanks!

It is best to sort of "feel it out"
Bring an IR temp gun and a GPS and see where it runs fast enough "for you" and where the motor stays cool for the way you drive it.

Extended bashing with these big heavy 1/7 cars on-road for most people = full throttle nearly the whole time so they can get hot quickly. Especially today in TX was around 95 F. outside.

23/46 with the max6 combo should be around 43mph on 4s and 64 on 6s

Like Liberty said, bring a temp gun and check the motor temp often.
