Recently I sealed all the diffs (with 2.5mm screws) and filled with
12 000 front
1 000 000 center
9 000 rear
I also removed all diff brain servos. After the first run it stopped after 6min (2x 3s 4500mah 40c batteries) second time I got 5min, and in the last run few seconds after putting new batteries I stripped 2 teeth from spur gear and 80% of pinion gear tooth gone. Temperatures for motor 60-70 C and same for motor (I have two cooling fans on the motor so without could be higher)

What could be the reason r such short run times?
(before sealing gears everything was normal)

NOt sure if Im its only me but seems to be a bit sluggish compared to my Nero without sealed diffs

I would be checking everything you took apart for binding, seems like something is not letting it run freely and making the motor work that much harder.
Does it roll freely?

What if you hold wheels one at a time, does it change ability to spin freely?

TT

Yes, definitely check for binding and rolling freely.

I had the same issue with my Nero draining lipos quickly. Ended up that my pinion was way too tight on the spur gear and was causing the motor to work extra hard. Set the correct gear mesh and was good to go.
