A Failing motor perhaps???
Open the motor up, clean and replace or lube the BB's.
Remove the motor from the equation as a cause.

My guess is that the Pinion and spur aren't meshing or you need to adjust the slipper clutch. Looks like you get to take it apart and learn a lot about that RC.

Motor sounds rough. Remove the motor and give her some TLC. Replace the pinion too as it’s worn (get a Tekno unit).

The pinion is just 2 weeks old! i think have found the problem.
I have found a spring en some kind of nut that goes on the spur gear i am gonna put them back on next day. And i will also send some before and after foto's and let you guys know if this was the problem because i am not 100% sure

The Big Rock has a slipper clutch? I thought it had a center diff?
