@Cheapbastard @Jerry-rigged further update. Today I tried to change the motor mount. I have the 3s motor mount (stock not adjustable) but I wasn’t able to completely insert it in the mega typhon. Was I doing something wrong it would go in but not completely... I attach photos of the motor mount I have.

Looks OK, other than the screws sticking out. Check the dovetail channels to make sure there is not dirt and crud jammed up in there.
I tried again today and it won’t go. Could it be the screw that holds the spur gear together? (First two pictures) I attach pictures of both the normal one in and the blx one as far as it can go. Notice that the latch doesn't fully pass the point where it locks.

Yeah this one is? But that’s the mega one. The blx one (The other picture) is the one giving me trouble. For the life of me I can’t figure out why it won’t go in... it has to be that screw that holds the spur together... I am lost lost ...

Drill the hole in the center of the stock plastic shaft input gear a little bigger or trim the shaft off a couple mm. It is the screw that holds the slipper together sticking out of the backplate (rear input spline) that is stopping it from going in any further. The 17t HD input and the BLX 13t input have a hole in the middle of the shaft so the screw can go into. Get the 17t HD input gear the stock plastic shaft one will snap.

Thank you. I will get the hd input drives then. I have 3421kv motor (absima) and geared stock it goes 23 mph.

Hi, What kind of grease would you use for to put in the input gears and differential drive? And how much would you put? I want to get the input gears now, however i need to buy the grease. Once i do i will have all BLX parts (i think) except for the ring that goes around the drive shaft.

Any automotive style grease is fine. You just need enough to coat the teeth on the ring gear. You don’t need to pack it full.

I finally started to put the blx differentials and input gears on. However i noticed that the blx differential is considerably harder to turn than the mega one. Is this normal? I opened the blx diff up and noticed that there wasn’t enough fluid in either, I will buy some more do you know what the stock one is? Will it be problematic if I mix two different fluids?
Also the bearings on the input gear almost gave me an hernia when I tried to remove them... I chipped a tiny bit of the bearing up top, the part that stays stationary. I assume this is ok?
